Payment only via paypal with USD or sometimes I agree on secondlife lindens.
If you're character is complex (ex: wings, mecha, really difficult coloring) or you want something really complex on the drawing, that will be extra.
But only on the lineart and lineless, sketch is fixed price.
And if it's something that I'm REALLY uncomfortable drawing, I'll let you know. But otherwise I don't care what to draw.
