I'm still learning the ins and outs of my tablet and Sketchbook, but I wanted to do a pic of Velvet, anyway : ) I had multiple stumbles along the way (including the layers merging WHEN I DIDN'T WANT THEM TO, hence the ugly background colour) and by the end I just wanted to finish it >>;

Honestly I totally feel you. When I first started on tablet stuff, it felt so weird, and even though I've been using Procreate for like 10 years, I'm STILL finding new ways to do things and experimenting with brushes and line thickness and stuff. But both of these tests you've done look really good tbh!
