"Go on. I'll give you a twenty second- no! A thirty second head start. Run as fast as you'd like! Zigzag even if it makes you feel any better! But know that my arrow will still find your spine no matter what." -Trask before hunting down and killing a human settler in East Karana.
Marksmen are individuals who excel in the art of ranged combat and warfare. Though gnollish archers and rangers make up for a relatively smaller portion of any gnollish attack force or military body within a clan, they're perhaps more terrifying than your average warrior. Aided by keen eyesight and the enhanced senses of both hearing and scent, any gnoll archer worth a spit has no problem taking down their quarry, regardless of distance and size. While the Darkfell clan boasts some of the best of Norrath's keen-sighted gnollish archers, the Mucktail clan has their own, if not more terrifying ranged combatants. Notably 'less honorable' than the other clans, the Mucktails are often skilled in deceit, trickery, and underhanded tactics when it comes to battle. While sheer numbers accounts for something sure, Trask is an individual who doesn't rely on the safety of his own clan to do any fighting. Trask is notable for taking his sweet and perhaps sadistic time when it comes to killing his foes, purposefully aiming for joints of his targets to inflict as much excruciating pain as possible, even aiming for an enemy's spinal cord to disable their arms and legs bit by gruesome, scream-inducing bit. To make it worse, Trask coats his arrows very frequently in the venom of the various spiders and snakes that roam the plains of Karana just for the sake of inflicting pain as opposed to outright killing. Very few of the Mucktail clan hold a scrap of honor, and Trask holds even less than that. Sadistic and wicked? Perhaps. Though to him, he says the humans of Norrath deserve every bit of suffering for what they've done to his kind. He's simply showing his own sense of honor by repaying it...'in full' to the humans. Fair is fair after all, right? Trask sure thinks so.
The fourth of five models I made last Sunday on the 11th. Leave a fav and a watch if you liked, and stay tuned!
