I'll never forget that night.
It had been a few days after me and the others had finished that retrieval contract.
"Extract or destroy the target" was at the end of it.
We weren't necessarily task to rescue, we were tasked to make an asset unavailable for the company that was going to exploit it.
It was quite a shock for me to find that it was a person... Not that it was entirely unexpected, but this target, who I would soon know as Alilkira, was something unlike anything I've ever seen.
She looked entirely synthetic... Kind of like Amelia, but at the same time not.
Everything about her looked and felt... alive, especially when I freed her from the tube and held her in my arms.
Heh, and when she woke up, she lashed out in panic, and before I knew it, that weird blue metal around her arm extended and became a blade that was held to my throat.
Thankfully, I was able to talk her down and convince her that I was here to help.
And of course, I wasn't entirely subtle, as soon the alarms were sounded, and we had to blast our way out.
I was amazed at how well she was able to handle herself, I felt like I was in her way, more than I was helpful.
In the end, we escaped, the contract was successful.
I had been reflecting on this contract a bit.
Saving her was not specifically part of the job, we were just supposed to make her unavailable by any means.
I'm really glad that the decision was left to me.
When she lashed out in panic, I will admit I was worried that I had made a terrible mistake... But it didn't take me long to figure that she has a kind heart and soul... I mean, I believe she has a soul.
I haven't talked to her much, there is something about her that makes me feel like... A lesser life form by comparison.
She looks synthetic, but she moves and talks like any other person.
And with her staying around with us for a while, I had been contemplating on the idea of just speaking to her, one-on-one, getting to know her.
So I made my way to the top of Amelia's facility, gazing out at that large moon, trying to think of what to say and how.
But I was so focused on the Moon that I didn't realise that she had been standing right next to me not long after.
I only noticed when she giggled after hearing me mention her name when I was trying to rehearse myself.
After composing myself, I opened my mouth to say something, only to be interrupted by her speaking first.
She told me that she didn't get the chance to thank me proper, she wasn't sure she could trust me... I mean, I am technically just a gun for hire, not exactly trustworthy material.
And I'm getting the feeling that she dug up some information about me, either on her own, or from asking Amelia, because she started telling me about how she knew someone like me.
She didn't say the name, only that it was a "she" and used to be a soldier.
And I don't know if she found this out through the information she dug up, or just by looking at me... But she could tell that I was somewhat intimidated by her, that I felt the need to act professional and less casual... less... myself, when around her.
She wanted me to be more of myself around her and not be afraid.
But the part that really got to me was that very moment she placed her right hand on the chess plate of my armour... I don't know how, but it felt like that hand was actually touching my chest, as I felt pleasant warmth against my very flesh.
"I can hear your voice, but I can see deeper into you than you think. No need to hide that side of you from me, you'll find that our souls are really similar"
After she said that, I simply stood there staring at her, and she simply looked up at me with a warm smile.
For the first time in a long time, I teared up in front of someone.
I didn't realise how much I missed hearing someone tell me how kindhearted I am with such sincerity in their voice.
Having someone believing in me, that I'm a good person, someone who means well.
That moment lasted for a while before eventually the silence was broken with her telling me that she'll give me some time to myself, and I'm always welcome to talk to her.
And well... here I am, documenting this shortly after.
I'm about to leave my quarters to go see her.
I still don't know what questions about her that I should ask first.
Should I ask the obvious ones? Like what exactly is she? Is she synthetic? How does she control and manipulate that blue metal around her? And where did she come from?
I don't know where to start, I guess I'll just ask what comes to mind when I meet her.
She really does seem like a kind soul.
Very positive, maybe even whimsical?
I just feel like I've misjudged her.
One thing's for certain, she's definitely a unique and interesting species, especially compared to others I've encountered thus far around this galaxy.
I wonder if she is one-of-a-kind.
I guess I'll find out soon.After listening to a very nice and soothing track on YouTube, https://youtu.be/MvtWljsraTs it eventually got to me and I couldn't help but picture this moment between Alilkira and Kelly, two characters I've been using quite a lot lately ever since a sudden inspiration from
MrwarfaremachineI only hope to improve further with these SCI_FI looking settings.
I also hope to someday do an action scene between these two, a fully animated fight scene... I don't know when or if I will ever be able to do such a thing, but this character Alilkira has certainly been a huge inspiration.

Kelly & Alikira looks so nice & lovely together here. :) Really romantic in a way. ;) XD
To know, after reading what you said in the description, that you will probably do more Sci-Fi Theme pics and gifs, it might be a bit interesting seeing that from you in a way. Even if you're talking a break from NSFW Work. Plus, the idea of a Fight Scene animation, I would love to see that from you after what I've seen in your animation skills so far. But knowing that it'll be hard for you, and that you even have a Job in real life, it's gonna be awhile before we can even see it.
For now, if you still plan on to doing what you said in the description or not in the future, we'll wait & see. Incredible work on this animation/video, Matt/D-Mic! You magnificent outstanding bastard! :D XD (No disrespect if you felt offended by what I just said in the end. I didn't mean it. ^^;)
