Ok well here's another handy dandy treat ya can do with some'a yer leftovers that I thought'ch'all might be intrested in...

These pizzabreads were made mostly from meat leftovers from previous dinners an they make fer nice hot snacks 'specially on these cold wintery days...

ingredients:

Some leftover pork roast
some leftover meatloaf
some leftover turkey
leftover deli buns (were 4 left)
margerine spread
garlic & herb seasonings
1 can of diced tomatoes
some shredded fiesta blend cheese (or yer own preferences)
4 slices of pepperjack cheese (again opional)
parsley flakes (garnished again optional)

directions:

preheated oven ta 300 degrees
lined cookin' sheet with alunium foil
buttered deli buns with margerine an gave light shakes with seasonings
took the 4 slices of pepperjack, bend'em inta halves an placed each half slice in the center of seasoned bun halfs

in a small plastic container I placed the remnants of leftover pork roast, meatloaf & turkey leftovers and added the can of diced tomatoes. Stirred that all up then spooned it out over the leftover deli rolls

Topped it off with the fiesta blend cheese and parsley then baked fer 30mins.

Take out, let cool a few minutes an serve...


Needless ta say pizzabread snacks are always a welcome reprieve 'specially after workin' outside on chilly days/nights an these were practically gone b'fore they'd even cooled off the tray!... So hope this gives ya another good idea'a how ta both utilize yer leftovers an give nice hearty hot snacks ta yer friends :)
