already are one but do wish the muscles were like this. Though found some equipment that add muscle. the pvp leg armor for tanks 100/110 IIRC, mostly 110 for drk is really great for buff legs and something I found out, the body armor for tank/maiming that from the very last dungeon(till expansion), ignoring the faux muscle on the armor, the arms aren't just tattoos, they actually buff the arms. you couldn't tell with a viera but when I was able to put the armor on my F Roe retainer, WOW her arms got a boost.
