yeah, that is True, but the whole Gravity hole attack thing during that battle with how downright friggin' scary she looked while doing that was freaky. Certainly one of the most expressive characters I've seen, and the whole Bowletta thing is... I dunno, it's creepy. XD I do suppose i was engaging in a BIT of hyperbole, because she's not as menacing as say... the Shroobs.
She gave off that Gruntilda vibe when I first saw her. Though the difference being is that she never came back after you killed her twice. It's a pity too. I could totally see her coming back again and again.

It's really onl limited to villains outside the main series. Then again, it's not like being dead ever stopped somebody from hassling Mario before. They come back as a spirit and possess somebody, or just turn into a skeleton and keep on ticking.
I'm even not buying Fawful being dead. He exploded at the end of Superstar Saga too, and you find him perfectly fine plotting his revenge in the next game.

Petey died twice in Sunshine too, and then he shows up in a bunch of the spin-offs and dies some more. Popularity's a powerful thing.
I think Jr. Troopa's been around for years. They just started calling him Bowser Jr. and got rid of the egg. They're both Koopas, they both have the same expression and facial structure, and they're both really annoying. Even if they're not the "same" character, I think they're similar enough to think one helped inspire the other.
