Crummy? OC is fucking win! :P I pretty much just use the hard edged brush with transparency enabled and just work from dark to light.

OC is win, yes, but 1.1 aggravates the hell out of me. I dunno, something about it. I use like.. 4.5 or something. The watercolor brush in the later version acts smoother and blends better, I think.

I tried the trial version of 4.5 and I I still prefer 1.1 lol...but I have to admit that watercolor brush is
exquisite! I tried to recreate it Painter but I failed lol.

I like 1.1 because it's so simple and straight forward, I don't like the way the layers work though.

To each their own! I know people who swear by painter and I tried it and couldn't stand it!

I vaguely remember not liking the layers in 1.1. It's been so long though, I can't remember why lol~!
