Whisk is a tough guy gang leader with a strong moral conviction. He's strong, but a bit of a goof and can be easily outsmarted on many occasions.
He lead a small biker gang that was mostly just an excuse to hang out and party, getting into minor fights with other gangs. Though once he met Taiga, Whisk saw what real power looked like, deciding to follow the tiger and demand to learn his ways. Taiga...refuses and finds him annoying, but the big seal won't take no for an answer.
