I love Rivals of Aether, but BOY am I booty bungus at it. I also feel like since they hired the work of Marc Klensen (aka ElRanno) to their art team how everything presentationally clicked for me and I fell in love with the world Dan Fornace has set out to build for himself.
I'm not planning on doing anything further with this. I realize that the Steam Workshop is a thing I could pour myself into and really try, but I would need SO Much help with making a workshop character I'd be proud of.
This probably isn't my favorite piece of style emulation, but I'm happy to get it out of my system. the RoA soundtrack just... makes me wanna draw, y'know...?
