I dunno, I look at the official art for War Greymon, then look at your take on a female version, then at Omegamon... I feel like you could, if you tried. You may have to take some creative liberties concerning the likely-mechanical bits, mainly the leg joints... Perhaps visualize that as a skintight suit, and the plating as armor? Make the chestplate a bit skimpier, perhaps... And a bit more shapely, of course. The elbows might be a bit tricky to incorporate while still being sexy, though...
