The LCU or Lupine Care Unit is a facility sort of adjacent to the SCP facility. I wanted Lobo to be a scientist and Navy to work as a vigilante agent. So thinking it over I came up with LCU. A Facility run by wolves or wolf hybrids that deal with the weird or just experiment.
