I've watched ALL of one piece, I've read all the way up too... I started back in late march and I finished the series in 101 days. I LOVE IT SO MUCH, I LOVE AND CARE ABOUT THE CHARACTERS, the writing is fantastic and I love how emotionally open it is. It's been SUCH a blast. FRANKY IS MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER BTW
Also yes, Quinn can stretch his limbs! I figure that if you can shapeshift you can also just shapeshift yourself into having longer arms... it makes sense ok
