Sadly, I'm a writer, not a painter; I just commission a number of pieces as well.
And, really, 'cute' and 'sexy' are not mutually exclusive categories; it is quite possible to be both.
This one leans more towards the cute side, admittedly, but that's not a bad thing. (I personally think there should be far more cute macro/micro artwork out there, and I've commissioned a few pieces to help right this balance.)
I also really do like the way you've used focus effects to draw the eye in.
