Letitia Boniface, known as Lettie for short, was employed as a maid to the Leonstahl family. When their estate was taken over all the staff were given a choice to take redundancy and find new employment, or sign a new contract with the Falworth family. With ambitions of becoming a Housekeeper and one day being in charge of all the other maids, Lettie decided to leave her old home and family behind and follow the Leonstahls to a new land and a new home.

She may seem silly and naive, but she works very hard and tries to learn everything she can. She is always friendly, always does her best, and cares about even the little details. She hopes her efforts will mean she gets noticed, but little does she know that might not be the best thing to wish for in the Falworth Manor!
