Poor, Ian. He just can't get a break.
Trying to speedpaint here. Artistic perfectionism is a cruel fate. Rendering this only took about an hour; I'm damn proud of that. Blah, the colors and contrast just didn't come out right for me, but I do like how the speedpainting technique itself came out.

Oh, it's actually more accurate than 99% of the guitars I see drawn on here o.O Especially for the time you took in doing it :p Acoustic bass guitars are rare (in comparison to electric ones) and fretless ones are even more so.. But they do exist :p
To be honest, the only thing that's off is the scale length of the neck.. It'd extend longer than that on a real guitar. And I reallllyyy doubt anyone's gonna notice that, unless they spend a lot of time around musical instruments :p

For a speedpaint session it came out incredibly well. You're right do be pretty damn proud, Rail. As to the scene itself, absolutely love it. It's great to see this couple together again. It's actually kind of awesome to see their relationship backward. We've already seen them get all hot and sweaty, but we haven't really seen all the events leading up to that. Unless I'm wrong and this takes place after? Either way, brilliant. Moar.
