Bio: One of the living fossils that has been one of the most dangerous prehistoric elemental monsters that have the ability to blend into the background at night by turning invisible to stalk the weakest prey for easy meals. The neoravap is said to be part lightning type as it has a thick layer of a hairy coat on its back that can produce electricity and when this beast goes near lighting posts, it will cause them to burn out due to its powers causing a short blackout.
