Honestly this was a long time coming, seeing as I didn't really have a good reference for the big boio between all the other attempts I made.
So here's the chonky Linoone, plus a bit of flavor text for his abilities n such. If you're curious about his stats, he has a relaxed nature cuz obviously he ain't going to be moving that fast. Max hp and defense effort value with a bit into special defense. Inherit values I kinda don't care but he'd have HP and his defenses maxed at least. Tho if you want specific numbers, LV:30 HP:114 ATK:56 DEF:75 SPA:35 SPD:51 SPE:58
Only reason he'd be the equivalent of lV:100 is if he was fed a bunch of rare candies. Course that'd mean he's like triple the chonk. At 100 it's HP:359 ATK:176 DEF:242 SPA:105 SPD:160 SPE:184
Truthfully, this would be the worst competitive Linoone even with the other moves x3
