A pair of bare feet almost silently touched down upon the cool alleyway separating a pair of buildings in a rougher part of Millennium City, the flames shooting from the white wolfess' hands ceasing a second later. The full moon beamed brightly down upon the colorful heroine, showing the smile upon her face as her powers kicked back in, one hand bursting into flame, while the other becoming encased in ice.
"The name's Razira," she said, as she moved into a ready stance, figuring that those in front of her would not go down without a fight. "And you're all under arrest!"
