I know it's totally a personal preference, but still, I like input!
Nekoti came with white handpaws with some bitchin' stitched pink pawpads. I flung my Darky handpaws on her just before the end of the shoot and I was wondering which people prefer.
I like the Black, but I also like the White (also, i like that the white has pawpads)
I've yet to actually draw a full body shot of this gal, so honestly, her body has no actual character design yet. Should I do black legs on her, or Black stockings with white lower legs?
In either event, my photographer neglected to tell me that i ZOMG RUINED THE ILLUSION in the first picture xD

I originally wanted her to have black paws, but I like the white because it draws more attention to the rest of the colors (in my opinion).
I still gave her black accents on her ears and tail because I still wanted some black on her. It really is personal preference, so whatever you choose is good to me. :P I just wanted something semi-different because most, if not all fox fursuits I've seen have black paws.

Yeah, I was drawn to black because of the eartips (In the horse world, if a horse has black eartips, they have black stockings) I love the thought of white though for two reasons: I already own white footpaws, and I like the handpaws she came with. The Black looks really stunning/bold, but then again, that was when she was photographed outside in the sun (which washed the white out a bit). So i'm betting the white would look better inside.
I know what you mean about so many suits having the black paws xD I think it has to do with the natural darkening down the legs. But, for me, i'm about being unique... not realistic! xD
