Once more, she was visiting her friend who dabbled in magics and potions. She was glancing about the room when he stood to leave.
"You're not going to touch anything, right?"
She waved him off gently. "Of course not!"
He seemed to scoff a bit, and chuckle as he left the room. She sat upon the small stool, and waited, gently kicking her feet as she let her eyes wander. Upon his workbench, a small shiny glint caught her eye, her ears turning forward gently. "I know I wouldn't touch anything.. b-but.. " she hummed to herself, then gently hopped from the stool.
She walked up to the bench, and kept her hands behind her, that way, she wouldn't touch anything, and bent down, to get a closer look. "Oooooh...."
She smiled, and looked over the silver tube, sniffing it a bit, then blinked as it slowly began to roll to the edge of the bench. "Oh no!" She moved quickly, grasping the tube carefully in her hand as it rolled off the edge.
She winced, then slowly opened her eyes, then looked herself over. Giving a sigh of relief she gently, set the small tube, back upon the bench. "Thank goodness..." And took a step back, turning her back a moment to approach the stool she had been sitting on when she heard a soft, strange noise behind her. Turning back, she watched as the tube once again approached the edge. "Yeep!" and dove for it, but was a little short.
With the sound of a soft bang, she yelped again, coughing through the bright white cloud of smoke that filled the room. She waved her hand in front of her face, then blinked as it looked bare. "...what?"
"Manda?! Again!? I told you not to touch anything.... " Though he seemed to grin, and give off a soft chuckle.
Quickly, she wrapped her tail about herself, bringing it up to her face as she clung to it gently. "B-but this time.. I didn't....honest!"
Ahn!!! *blushes* heheee! Soooooo cute!
Hmn, maybe Manda should run around as a "Neko" every once in awhile huh?
