This is the last chapter of Part 3. It will be early September before I post any more chapters to this story. I want to make sure I have at least 3 or 4 chapters ready so I won't have to miss any weeks of posting chapters.
In this chapter, we meet the rest of Raul's family, his father (Alejandro), mother (Araceli), six siblings, and nephew. The chapter starts off with Raul inviting Michael and Amanda to his mother's home for dinner because his family wants to meet the human who befriended Raul without knowing anything about him. Like Anne, Raul's nephew, Hernando, is visibly impressed with the fact that Michael has no fur even going so far as to verify that fact by looking down Michael's shirt. After dinner, we learn about a Mexicat card game that has no equivalent in Amurica.
I deleted a scene that, after writing it, I felt that it might not be appropriate for this story. If you're interested in reading it, send me a note and I'll send it to you so you can decide if I was correct.
