This story is by request from 
SupersuMC, in exchange for him writing a sequel to Good Boy. I hope it measures up to his expectations, because the only prompt I really had was "Ringtail", an animal that I'm very much unfamiliar. I'm much better with canines, really.
Regardless, I'm still somewhat proud of this one, simply because it's better than the last time I took a prompt from someone else. Like, much better. To the point where I'm publishing this one on furaffinity and keeping the other one locked within my quotev page.

Yup, this is getting re-uploaded on my FA page. Not quite what I expected - I was expecting something more like the Velveteen Rabbit kind of real - but I love this nevertheless, perhaps even because it's not what I expected. All that Ravel needs now is some vocal cords and a way to defend himself and maybe a smaller-scale model.
Glad you like it! I understand that this is a bit different than what you originally said, but I don't do all that well with unexplained things. For everything that happens in a story, I want there to be a reason it happens, and I can't do will with spontaneous "magic of love and friendship" kind of things. Besides, an animate plushie with possessive immortality is cool on its own.
