Hate when that happens... Everything jumbled and even when you have what seems like motivation when you go to execute it you can't keep focus and it kills the mood?

Good luck with it dude... Don't get disappointed... just go back two hours later and try again, and don't be afraid to cut an attempt short... and wait another two hours. : )

All else fails do something less intensive and take another shot at it the next day.

I think you need to just rest. Do something else you like. Then come back to this when you can, so it isn't stale

Have you tried to tun it off and on again? XD Jk, it happens quite often to me, the best thing to do in these cases is try to focus in other stuff and rest a bit. ^^
