I've been wanting to take photos of the interesting and tasty foods I like to try around Portland and talk about the place I got it from, but the pandemic hit and all my older photos of restaurant foods I forgot to note where I got them. I forgot to bring my new camera with me so this was taken on the phone.

Anyways! Poutine! A Canadian staple food, french fries with cheese curds and gravy! Or in the top poutine's case, peanut thai sauce! This poutine was made by "Potato Champion", a food cart found in one of the many small food cart pods in Portland OR. They even had a PB&J poutine with the peanut thai sauce and a berry sauce, but I wanted to try the regular poutine while my roomie got the thai peanut poutine. Both very tasty! I haven't had good poutine in about a decade. The fries were good, the sauce was very meaty and flavorful (or nutty and slightly spicy in the thai peanut's case) You wouldn't normally think of peanut sauce with poutine but I think they were geniuses for having it.
