Pretty straightforward here...
From highest to lowest: red, gold, silver, blue, green, black.
Red: Relative to the U.S.A's Joint Chiefs and Commander in Chief.
Gold: Relative to the joint chiefs, Fleet admirals, and generals.
Silver: Sub-General/Admiral command roles/ranks.
Blue: Top Operatives, squad leaders, spies, etc. Similar to Corporal and leutenant.
Green: Medical, construction, non-combat specific roles, etc.
Black: Footsoldier roles, similar to U.S.A. Private ranks.
Blue, Green, and Black are all called 'Operatives' instead of soldier or marine.
Silvers are commonly called by name or 'Commander', 'captain', depending on what they do, but is not a strict regiment as most military.
Golds are commonly referred to as 'Generals', or 'Admirals', again depending on the context.
Reds are few, except for the founder's family, and hand picked heads of the organization. They are never given a title, instead, they are called by name, or nickname if they wish.
Green is exclusively non-combat roles, such as construction, or medical... They train to fight, yes, but they are not the main combatants.
Blues are the only rank allowed to operate the heavy mechs, control heavy and/or special-op drones, stuff like that, and are the go-to for deep strike, infiltration, or heavy support.
Blacks are the ones that operate artillery and defense emplacements, as well as fill the multi-taskful 'soldier' role in engagement. THey operate the bulk of the DMOs mech and drone arsenal, aside the special and heavy mechs and drones.
