those are the three i highly recommend for making designs for.
RedBubble might be an issue however sadly because they are incredibly strict on size dimensions.
Cafepress however is much more lax and can use very high res images even transparent ones which are highly recommended.

Hope that helps, you can upload your own art when you get to the customize stage, never used 'em though. Anyways that wood be a really cute shirt! :D

you know i went back and looked on this again. and im even more convinced now that you really should try to make shirts like this. you could even like, customize them with similarly styled chibi characters of other people, for a bit more of course.
and its really not that hard from what i understand. you can either look online or locally for some place that prints custom shirts, or even look into doing it yourself. its really not that hard, as you just need this machine that can basically 'print' pictures on fabric instead of paper. i almost had a job once for an internet based company that made custom shirts, and it was just some chick that had her garage set up with a bunch of blank white shirts, a computer and that shirt printer. you could probably make a decent bit of money off it.
Or if ABSOLUTELY nothing else. look into like, some of the clothing places that actually sell shirts like this, like hot topic, or those shirt stalls int he mall, and see who like designs and provides the shirts, and pitch this one to them, they might buy the design off you.
