Eavesdropping on Lorenzo's chatting with Eric about an abandoned building, Emily decided to go do some urban explorations at midnight. They decided NOT to invite Ricky so they can brag about it later on in front of her-- and her step-mom wouldn't allow something that risky anyway.
This area has been long separated and abandoned. Given that no sign of entry could be found, I believe the chance of running into another soul is minimum... although that's probably a bad assumption.
