Nice work. Background and feet are top notch.
It does look like like he's wearing spandex (or something) on his back right leg, from how it goes from muscular foot to smooth leg, enhanced by how the transition happens at a bulging vein which gives the appearance of clothing ending. Can't think of the word.
Otherwise it looks good.
