Compared to normal Libra Pete is hellah short, but that doesn't stop him from trying his best. Even if his best is worse then everyone elses average, his capabilities all depend on how much confidence he has as his antlers increase his capabilities upon that. The sadder he is the darker his fur color gets and the less the flame on his candles burns. If he gets too depressed or down and the flame fully burns out, it would be very hard to relight it as Petes life is kept alive by the flame. Unlike other candles that fire never burns out until Pete loses his will to live or dies.

So the party better keep him in high spirits or at least somewhat content lest they risk losing him.
