Well... can't really take credit fer cookin' this entire dish even though I did heh

Both me an m'roomie love shrimp an eggrolls anyways so one night I decided ta jus' go 'head an fix us up this nice lil' shrimp combo with eggrolls...

Now, admittedly the eggrolls (these were pork eggrolls btw) and butterfly breaded shrimp were premade/packaged so they only had ta be oven baked as per their instructions...

However, this dish also included 2 bags of uncooked shrimp that I prepared and of which I will share it's instructions/ingredients:

the middle layer of shrimp was from a bag of collossal shrimp and was taken out, placed in a ziploc baggie, then I added dashes of lawry's season salt, and some shakes of honey BBQ sauce then seal an kneaded the bag ta make sure the shrimp got a good blend of the marinade.

the central cluster of shrimp (1 bag of large shrimp) this too was placed in a ziploc baggie an ta this I added a light dousing of vegetable oil and a few shakes of Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb seasonings. sealed an kneaded that bag ta make sure it all blended thoroughly then refrigerated'em overnight.

next day I then got out a small sauce pan and grill... melted some butter (about 2tblesps. an added a pinch of parsley an a few more shakes of the garlic & herb seasonings an brought that to a boil.

Only lightly grilled the BBQ shrimp (not even 5mins) an added the G&H shrimp ta the butter sarambi (again less than 5mins) as the baked shrimp an rolls finished up in time ta serve it all t'gether ta make this (the butterfly shrimp & eggrolls took only 15mins ta bake)

...an there ya have it... a nice shrimp & eggroll dish ya can dive right into!... hope ya like it :)
