I've seen a few people make their own so I've decided to do a chart of my own OC (lineart comes from my ref sheet, which was done by Follower_of_Dionysus)! This was very fun to do, and I highly recommend folks do a tickle chart of any OC of their own!
Barry's generally a very ticklish little rascal, he's hard to catch but when you do catch him, it doesn't take too much to get him laughing. There's only a few areas where he isn't ticklish, typically those aren't targeted much anyway. This is a small guide to how to really get him going, for those who are tickle-inclined. For those who are not, what exactly are you doing here? XD Regardless, let's go through them:
White zones: Self-explanatory. Either you'll hurt him or you will get hurt, whether it's by being bitten or getting 3rd degree burns. I mean, who tries to tickle a flame? Haha! Getting poked in the eye just hurts, and teeth can't be ticklish... unless there's cavity issues I guess? But don't worry, no cavities for this Mewmander! He drinks sugar-free vanilla coke!
Green zones: Try as you might, he's not going to chortle here. Trying to tickle the forehead and back of the head will just annoy him, and make him swat you away... psychically. His arms aren't particularly sensitive either; if someone tries to grab his arm by surprise, it immediately gives him a teleport reflex. Tickling the tail won't yield results either (with certain exceptions), given that it holds something super important, it is just going to make him teleport away. Please don't tie him up with it either!
Yellow zones: A good starting point to make him a little bit giggly. While not the most ticklish of areas, you may hear a few cute squeaks. The palms of hands are often sensitive, this is no exception to the Mewmander. Stroke the middle of his palm, or even give him a palm-reading, he'll start to become all giggly. The ears are a decent spot to hear some giggles, too, although it itches some along their base and edges, it will provide a lot of wriggle-flickering (akin to horse ears twitching when a fly lands on them). The cheeks, nose and under the chin all produce giggles and blushes... though watch out for the nose, as he might sneeze if you use something very soft! Tickling the chest will also elicit light giggling and can make him quite squirmy. The thighs provide the same, except with lower body squirming and kicking. His rump and base of the tail will cause him to giggle and jump. Tickling the tops of his paws will make him kick and paddle them even more, in conjunction with a gigglestorm.
Pink zones: These areas will make him either giggle heavily or start to laugh, with squirming increasing the longer he's tickled. The tips of the ears are very sensitive and will twitch even more rapidly, so too is the neck which will make him try and "turtle" it down in defence. The tops of the upper-part of his paws, mainly the tops of the toes, will cause a lot of giggles as he will no doubt either clench them or try to kick you away. The heels also provide some good reactions, although the least ticklish part along the undersides of his paws, giving tickles there will make him squeal. Surprisingly, the tip of his tail is quite ticklish, which makes sense the more you think about it because it's starting to get close to his tail-flame... thankfully, no one dares to tickle him there.
Red zones: Now we're starting to get to the main areas! The mid-section across his back, sides, armpits and lower part of the ribs are all very ticklish - tickles there will make him convulse in laughter! The lower belly where it meets the pelvis is also a great spot, though he will often shy away from this spot because he generally feels uncomfortable here unless it's with a significant other. He is very ticklish along the undersides of his paws, the fur is thin here so there's not much protection... where the arch would be, along the toes and in between them will make him laugh and flail heavy.
Purple zones: These are the sweet spots that will cause the Mewmander to go into massive fits of hysterical laughter, even a slight tickle here will make him laugh! His upper-back is exceptionally ticklish, it's called a laughy spot for a reason! It also makes him squirm the most out of anywhere, almost to the point that if one wasn't the wiser, they'd assume he was having a seizure. The belly is a perfect target for scritches and raspberries; the very moment it starts he'll be screeching with laughter and bouncing around. And of course, his paw pads are the most ticklish areas of his paws - tickling here will send him into gales of laughter to the point of crying and even gasping for breath so be careful not to tickle him too much there! Else he just might teleport outta there to stop from being TKOed, but thankfully he does not kick like a horse.
This information should be classified, but I feel said Mewmander's been cheeky enough to deserve it. I'm sure there's a lot of you who agree! Just remember though, he dishes it out as well as he cops it!
