well, i would say jungle (just because of the obvious variation in terrain)
while snow makes for great open world sniping, it moves more to the part of only rocks and snow, which for a boss battle would be rather dull.
though snow is great for having the standard sniping soldiers.
so in my opinion i would say a jungle terrain, but in the end it is your choice ^^
though i dont know the color of her uniform, i would advice some camouflage for her =D
