Welp this is the most amazing thing that showed up in my art feed today. This stands out like a battle ship at a yacht club. So eye catching even as a thumbnail. The closer you look the more details that stand out. I love that this is a two piece sequence gives it such an action packed comic book style of energy. Even the subtle detail of the laser blades cutting through the frame into the foreground really adds to the intensity of the moment. It jumps out at us with full force.
The composition is killer as well, I love the contrast between the cute yet intimidating due to combat character here. He's super cute. Fluffy and adorable but the motions of his body and the looks in his eyes are killer focused love that kind of juxtaposed feel. Even got little fishnet cloths which must of been hard to draw, but came out great.
From a technical stand point with each of your pieces involving light I am further reminded how much of a master of light painting you are. The blue highlights and glow onto the environment is so well rendered. The washed out blacks of high frequency pure blue saturation at close range to the point source of light is hyper realistic looking.
Can almost hear the buzz of those blades as they spin through the air. Stellar work Annie
