His coloring is based on that of an aplomado falcon :3

Neat! But I thought Whipsnap was the version of Utah Raptors where they're feathered. I always pictured him scraggly looking with his feathers and fluff all messed up.

Aww, I feel like I keep screwing up your images of my mirrors xD I always picture my utahraptors without feathers x3 guess it just fits what I grew up with.

awwwwww, cutest raptor EVER.

ha ha, if I went that route, I'd probably have him have feathers in winter and they just like... molt off in summer and leave him all grumpy or something because of it XD
