duckkingxi’s character Spencer captured and tickled. I was kinda given free reign to come up with what exactly was tickling him; I probably should have had at least some ghostly shadows to create full people.

I imagine it's strictly business on the part of the traders to establish the stamina and sensitivity of the prospective tickle pets before they go on the market. I imagine that Spencer will likely fetch a very high price, though perhaps he'll manage to get out of this somehow.
