Everything's been a clusterfuck and a half and I swear I can -see- the division in life in my gallery when the pandemic started.

I haven't doodled any silly shit in earnest since... January 2020, right before a fun weekend out and before a burst in photo work... which I did not expect to really fill up my gallery, hah, but here we are.

I kinda shit out a thing really quick at the end of 2020 as a sort of "hey guys, I got a Surface now!!!" thing, but I can't help but feel like this is the first time I'm actually exercising drawing something in... ages, even though it's far from my longest break. It's weird doing it on a Surface and not a 14-year-old tablet PC, and kinda feels like it's lost a bit of its charm. Maybe I'll throw XP on it with a solid state solution and use Paint on that, I dunno. (...And then color correction on the Surface, maybe, because dear god frontlit screens.) Figured it's fitting vent art, especially considering I have a con coming up soon and I have no idea if I'm going to remember how to be a functioning human being in a group of more than, like... four people.

I have more wallpaper stuff in the works. Just playing around with a few shots and waiting for the energy to strike. Hopefully soon.

It might sound weird but I'm kinda proud of finding a "serious" niche, I guess? That said, I also don't wanna forget the goofy Just Fuckin' Around kinds of things I used to do.

Maybe I'm overthinking shit. I blame Albert, he spiked my Red Bull with a shot of vodka and now it feels like there's fifteen sergals dancing in my head. Just another day in Delaware.
