So, the idea for this second perspective poem blossomed (that's right, I said it...wanna fight about it?!) from a single line in a poem I read from
Nuclear_Fusion. His poem is titled -->"Focus, Expand" <-- and the line that captivated me was: "With precious petals around pretty orbs."
The concept wrapped around that line was sheer genius, I thought! So, I decided to expand upon it. Thanks go to
Nuclear_Fusion for giving me the inspiration to write this. ^^
I do hope you all enjoy this creative view! =D
Until next poem, my friends! \(^-^)/

Ah, "sophisticated." I really think sophistication exudes from this particular poem. The tone is highly inquisitive, and the topic being discussed is rather playful, but taken from a fairly serious standpoint. =3
But yes, I'm very pleased with my word choice here, I'm glad you enjoyed that aspect! ^^
And yes, "petalled"; the eyes lurve it! :U
Thanks for the lovely comment and fave, you brilliantly asinine person! =D

Nicely done D :O3 Quite an interesting philosophical concept here (though apparently the science does not prove out, gravity does not apply the same way to smaller objects compared to massive ones *shrug*)
And the pictures you choose to go with your poetry are always superb! This one is no different

Intriging, I love the concept of this poem. It uses gravity to express the alluring nature of flowers as if they were celestial bodies. This is also very metaphorical in a sense. Brillant poem. ^^

It really is the kinda topic I'd expound upon! :D
Can't think
Nuclear_Fusion enough for providing the topic base. ^^
I'm really glad you enjoyed the concept, and those are some GORGEOUS flowers in that there video! I adore nature, flowers in particular! =3
Thanks again, Rai!

Would you believe that it wasn't originally that way? Halfway through the poem, I felt something was missing; I needed a stronger intro. After completing most of the poem, I came up with that first quatrain; I'm really glad I came back to the touch up the beginning. ^^
Much obliged for the kind words, Moonfir. =3

Oh I assure you, Nick, the last quatrain is my absolute favorite!--for that very reason as well, actually. \(^o^)/
You had to double-take, you say? Heeeeeee, that is a good thing! :3
But I feel a poem MUST have a strong ending! I believe it to just be a requirement, though its "strength" may be opinionated. =U
I'm glad you enjoyed, my friend, and Lord knows I still adore your current icon! That hair just works for ya. x)

I totally agree!! A strong ending leaves your readers in a very good mood, and excited to read your next! Or at least that's how it works for me :P
Thank you very much!! I really like that pic too :) Only is disappointing because my hair used to look like that, but I decided to cut it. Oh well, it'll grow back :) And may I compliment you on your icon! it's very well done! and suits you very much!

Well, I'm definitely glad to hear you enjoyed the topic; you know me, I like to think out-of-the-box, but
Nuclear_Fusion did provide the base idea for the poem. =3
As for the words "gravity" and "gravitates," I suppose I can see your point, especially since you're used to reading my poems--which have never had a key word pronounced so much. It was a stylistic choice, as gravity is a unifying theme throughout the poem, but your opinion is quite valid. ^^
Though I'm overjoyed you think the ending is "spectacular"; it even surprised me when I wrote it! 'Twas a good sign. =)
Thank you very much, Yavy! =D

Most enjoyable, sir :) It seems many have already pointed out the strength of that last quatrain in particular. Your words there really are extraordinarily clever and thought-provoking, while still maintaining that playful tone you always pull off so well! Lovely juxtaposition - bravo!
Do forgive my tardy reply, Napoleon; I was wrapped up in a paper assignment! ^^;
But, ah, thank you very much for your comment, sir; it was a fairly out-of-the-blue surprise. x3
Hehe, and, yes, I do loves me a strong ending. I'm glad you think it's "cleverly thought-provoking," especially since I've always thought of my poems as being pretty but shallow. =)
