This was concocted at about 2AM at a gaming con in 1991, knowing that at 10AM I had a demo run of a biopunk/cyberpunk universe I'd been kicking about. The Silversteel Dreams universe has had about two decades of buildup, now, accumulating into a loose pile of notes, gamelogs, background files, history, maps, etc. that overstuff a four-inch ringbinder. The longest campaign session, Orbital Steel (players were management/pivotal figures on the first asteroid being dragged into a laGrange point for 'local' orbital harvesting) lasted over two years with almost a dozen characters.

None of which changes the fact that I shouldn't try to draw stuff at two AM at gaming conventions with a brush pen and a sharpie marker.

Oh...The demo ran marvelously despite lack of sleep on the gamemaster's (my) part.
