Sha'kal is the son of Serpentia, the goddess of snakes.
When he was 200 years old, he founded his mafia company: Serpent-Mafia-Empire.
There he took care of it for many generations. That in the different planets always half the border of the Dragon regions in the cosmos.
He also does business with the dragon empire, especially Queen Draco (OC by @queendracodragon) or other customers with whom he gets along well.
He also transforms any unfaithfulness or traitor into statues made of pure gold and sets them up as a collection.
