You can't submit anything to FA that you didn't create yourself or change significantly, (stating whom the original creator was, of course, if that's the case.)

Actually, it's not fair to steal things and claim them as your own. By submitting art to FA, regardless if you are trying to do this or not, you are technically claiming copyright ownership.

yeah but its cause they must have created the whole model themselves. unless you change this one completely around so that it doesn't even LOOK like the original model, and you post a link to the model you used, you should be allowed

no I dowloaded the model D:

gmod is a thing where you can download models (or make them I haven't used this thing enough) and move them around to do poses and movies and shit xD
