My bat character stylized like a neon sign. I posted this to other sites like a day ago. And it was some minimalist fanart made as a wallpaper for a computer that inspired this anyway. I drew the lineart then added a couple of layers with gradients in areas selected around the lineart to get the neon effect. And the GIMP literally has a create neon text I used to write in my username.
