So, had shown me a sketch of his new PCA character, Kyogre named Celine Aquos (Ray's sister), and I just couldnt sit here without drawing her. Remembering how my Blaziken, Andrew, is pretty much PCA version of Brock (although much more successfull in seducing ladies), I decided to toss him in as well. Title of the pic?
