I'm not really interested of the game (or MOBAS in general) this guy is from but I've seen him on multiple ads for the game where he's the butt-monkey on them. It makes me think the heroes in there are in purgtory and are at this point chill with each other on the sidelines. His design is cool so might as well try and draw him in this chibi style.
