I'm really happy that Nolan is filming Batman 3 in native IMAX and it will not be released in 3D. For all the supposed advances in technology, not a lot has actually changed with 3D movies in the end! They're still largely gimmicky pieces of crap that require you to wear special glasses and cause massive headaches when you watch them from anywhere other than a sweet spot in the center of the theater. Especially the movies are postconverted to 3D like Clash of the Titans instead of being filmed in native 3D like Avatar... and especially when you are only a few inches tall and you are trying to make those silly glasses work for you when they were made for your superiors who are normal size!
