Minte dressed as a mangy-mesozoic niyt (knight) in 230. To called a niyt someone has to have plate armor cover most of there bodies including arms and legs but you don't have to have it cover your hands and feet. Heavy niyts however have to have plate armor cover these areas. Otherwise they will were cloth-like gloves and normal boots although usually reinforced.

Minte is also wearing a morion which is a helmet first used in the 1500s
