I heard drinking water on empty stomach when you wake up it works your brain.

I feel this everyday. Takes motivation sometimes to sit down to writing my books. So I can understand this. Sometimes you’re just tired and not even your passions are fun.

Can TOTALLY second this. There's been times where all I want to do on a weekend after a long boring work week is sleep all day, even if I have the free time then to do something fun.

Take a good amount of rest and maybe go for a walk, i hear that is good for regaining energy and inspiration. Dont push yourself too hard, burnouts can hurt you for very long if you happen to get one and no one knows your capabilitys and limitations better then you so dont be scared to slow down if its what you need. Im sure almost everyone here will understand it if you need to take a break

It'd be wonderful if we could plug ourselves into a mains with an adaptor and recharge that way too.

Yep, that is definitely a mood. This is why I have two cold brew coffee makers summer heat just annihilates my energy so I compensate with dangerous amounts of caffeine.

Beautiful even when tired :) slow down Koul, i have 3 dogs,work and training every day but sometimes you have to listen to your body and take a brake.. meditation, a relaxing bath or massage and sleeeep ^.^
