Probably wouldn't work with a normal sword. If you were good enough to hit the coin right, it would probably put a nick in it and send it shooting off like a baseball. With a very sharp sword and extreme speed, it might be possible. Rossweisse has a sword worthy of a goddess that's sharp down to the nanometer and stays sharp, combined with her speed and vision to make this a fairly easy trick for her.
That's true. She probably should be more careful about that, but Rossweisse doesn't always make great decisions. For now, she can probably get away with this since she's an exotic foreigner, just like we might buy into believing some outrageous ninja or kung fu abilities we see in movies.
