A character i made to fit in Dragon Ball, but he may also fit well in other anime universes.
For Dragon Ball universe, he used to be a strong warrior who loved some great challenge (like almost every other DB character), but eventually, he just retired and now just watches these newbies from afar, sipping tea an chilling.
