This is Shizuko in light battle armor. I was channeling my 90's era comic book phase (as seen with the thigh-wrapped ammo pouches Rob Liefield was so in love with. I don't know much about the character, but I did learn a lot about the techniques I was playing with to psuedo cel-shading.
